The event, while highlighting the importance locally grown produce, will also spotlight local restaurants and their chefs. Over 20 restaurants are participating serving up over 50 entrees, appetizers, sides, desserts and cocktails!
Casa Flores (Marina) showed their stuff by whipping up Asparagus Enchilada's on Fox 40...I can tell you the sauce is amazing! Check it out:
Stockton Joe's was highlighted on KCRA Channel 3....they have quite a few yummy offerings....check them out HERE!
